Massage cource

Basic course in massage During the course you will learn the basics of massage. Knowledge you gain is enough to give massages to colleagues, friends and acquaintances - for home use. The instruction consists of a smaller theoretical and larger practical part. We practice on each other, so you will both give and receive a lot of massage during the course. You gain an insight into what it means to be masseur.Du will learn massage strokes for the back, shoulders, neck, bottom,stomach, legs, feet, arms, hands and face. Overall, it becomes a simple but effective full body massage. An instructive compendium of text and images of all the grips are included.

Extent: 7 sessions of 2 hours = 14 hours

Price:
1960 SEK for IKSU-members with valid gym cards including material, 2450 kr for others  including material. When booking two people get a discount of 200 SEK / person
