How do I make a booking?
Click on ”Book workout”. Now you come to our booking page. To log in you fill in your e-mail adress. As password you fill in the 6 first numbers in your personal identity number. We recommend you to change your password as soon as possible.

How long in advance can I make a booking?
You can book an activity a maximum of seven days in advance. The available time options are released at 24.00 every day. This means that you for example on Thursday night at 24.00 can book activities for the next coming Friday.

Picking up tickets or registering at the reception
Before you can use a booked time your must verify your arrival. For all group workouts as well as all team ball sports and Golf you need a participation ticket. Register your workout card using at one of the ticket/booking stations available in the reception, you then get at ticket to give to the instructor for the workout. Remember to pick up your ticket 5 minutes before the workout starts, or your booked spot will be released to drop-in. Tickets are available maximum of 2 hours before a booked time. For Squash, Beach volley, Badminton and table tennis you verify your arrival in the same way but you don’t receive a ticket.

Cancellation rules
Cancellations must be done at least 1 hour before a scheduled work out.
Calling to cancel
Remember that it can sometimes be hard to reach us by phone. We do not take responsibility for cancellations, which were not done in time over the phone.
What if I miss a booked workout?
If you have forgotten to cancel a booked workout, missed to pick up a participation ticket for a booked group workout or that you have not signed off on a booked time, the card of the person who made the booking will be blocked. To release the blocking you must pay an administrative fee of 50 kronor at the reception despite card type.

Booking routines for members with a Gold card
As a Gold card member you have the right to book 1 hour per day for Squash, Badminton and Beach volley![]()
Your card is personal!
As a member it is your responsibility to make sure that your trainingcard is used by you only. If you loose your card, report this to IKSU as soon as possible! If a member gets caught using someone else’s trainingcard the owner of the card is suspended and a penalty fee of 500 kronor is withdrawn.
