Conference at IKSU spa

Searching for a nice place to arrange a  conference in Umeå? On IKSU spa, you can conference in a soothing environment, combined with recreational activities or in the form of group training or individual training, treatments, lectures, sauna and relax!

Full day conference package

The package includes

• a fully equipped conference room.
• Morning snack, lunch at Bistro Le Garage, afternoon tea, fruit plate and flavored water in the conference room.
• Access to IKSU spa including sun room, gym, group training, pool, hot springs at the conference.

The package can be supplemented with additional allowances;  Spa-package, Treatments, Group training, PT in group, Lecture

Base package for full-day conference:

6–40 persons, 550 SEK /person (excluding VAT) incl. fruit, water, snacks, lunch and access to the facility.

Wellbeing of activities in connection with the meeting

In addition to the basic package we can offer a range of activities for you and your group based on your wishes. We offer lectures in health, fitness, nutrition, stress and motivation along with staff from IKSU with special expertise in various fields of health and fitness.  We have a wide range of treatments in spa, massage and skin care. We can customize your own grouptraining session in which we adjust the level of the class from the group’s wishes. We are able to offer you a review with a personal trainer for 1–6 people/PT where you get the keys to get started or develop your training based on your individual circumstances and objectives.

On IKSU spa are two meeting rooms; Rubellus with 16 seats in a meeting room and Galbinus with up to 40 seats. Both rooms are equipped with projector, whiteboard, overhead and broadband. The grouproom Ambrosia have 12 seats and can be booked as a complement to the conference package.
