Röda höstlövsfärger. Krispig, frisk luft. Sprakande eld. Stillhet. Porlande vatten. Lämna stressen hemma och följ med på en lugn och stillsam stugtur i Björnlandet. Med lätt packning och utefter en behaglig sträcka kommer vi stilla ner vårt sinne. Tillsammans utforskar vi mindfulness under trädkronorna.

Vi lämnar IKSU klockan 9.00 på lördagmorgon och reser till Björnlandets nationalpark. Väl framme kommer vi börja gå en kortare sträcka innan vi intar medhavd lunch. Sedan går vi vidare till Svärmorskojan, en distans på 6 km. Vid kojan låter vi lugnet infinna sig, vi gör middag och vi varvar ner kring elden. Efter en natts vila i kojan äter vi gemensam frukost för att sedan fortsätta vandra på leden. Vi äter lunch längs vägen. Vi beräknar vara tillbaka i Umeå kring 18.00. Total sträcka är 12 km och vi kommer ha inslag av mindfulnessövningar under helgen.

Mindfulness inspired hike in Björnlandets National Park

Red autumn leaves. Crispy, fresh air. Crackling from the fire and rippling water in the stream. Turn your phone off and leave the stress at home. Come along on a calm and peaceful hike in Björnalandets National Park. With light backpacks we plan to put a comfortbale distance behind us and spend the night in a cosy hut in the forest. Together we will explore mindfulness under the protecting branches of the trees.

We leave IKSU together at 9.00 on Saturday morning and travel to Björnlandets National Park. When we arrive we will walk a short distance before we sit down to eat our pre-packed lunch. Afterwards we set the course to Svärmorskojan (the hut we plan to spend the night in). In total the hikingdistance of the day will be 6km and upon arrival at the hut we will relax by the campfire and cook a nice dinner together. After a good nights rest we will make our way back to the cars hiking approximately the same distance as the day before with a long lunchbreak among the trees. We expect to be back in Umeå at IKSU around 18.00. The weekend will be inspired by mindfulness and together we will try some excersises over the weekend.
