Kvällspaddling på Sävarån

Häng med på en mysig paddling i det fantastiska ljuset som uppstår under kvällstimmarna i maj. Njut av stillheten som infinner sig och håll utkik efter bäver och andra djur som dyker upp i skymningen.

Vi samlas på IKSU sport kl. 17:00 för att sedan ta oss vidare mot Sävar i bil. När vi anländer väntar våra kanoter så att vi enkelt kan påbörja vår paddling längs vackra Sävarån mot Skeppsvik. Paddlingen beräknas ta ungefär 4-5 timmar med fikapaus inräknad. Vi räknar med att vara tillbaka senast kl. 02:00 på natten.

 

Night Paddling on Sävarån

Tag along this cozy paddling trip in the amazing light that comes with night time in May. Enjoy the peacefulness and keep your eyes open for beaver or other animals that might show themselves during dusk.

At 5 PM we will all gather at IKSU sport. From there we go by car to Sävar where we will find our canoes ready, waiting for us. From there we continue our trip on the water, paddling our canoes through the beautiful river Sävarån towards Skeppsvik. The paddle tour is expected to take around 4- 5 hours, with a fika break included. We expect to be back before 2 AM.

Prerequisites:

You need to be able to swim at least 200m. Paddling in canoes is simple and even if you haven't tried it before you will have no problem keeping up. Furthermore, there will be two people in every canoe, so that someone more experienced can share the canoe with someone less experienced.
