Trip description

Join us on a relaxed Sunday adventure to Grössjöns nature reserve.

We meet outside the school at Carlshem at 1:00 PM, geared up in your ski boots. Our ski journey from Carlshem takes you on a leisurely ski trail towards the stunning Grössjön Lake. This is a perfect route for those new to the thrill of outdoor exploration. As we glide through the landscape, our headlamps will light our path, allowing you to fully experience a sunset on skis. Traverse through the pine forest, leading you to the lake and a campsite. Upon arrival, we'll start a fire in together prepare a delicious meal. Finally we will ski back together.

This adventure spans approximately 6 km, offering an ideal mix of fun and relaxation, making it suitable for both beginners and those seeking a laid-back pace.

Touring skis are a different type of skis than cross-country skis. They are designed for skiing where there are no groomed tracks, which will be needed on this trip. If you don't have your own, we can help you rent touring skis in our rental store Sarek (the rental is not included in the price).
