Let's show our kiddos beautiful Kont

Bring your kid(s) and join other outdoor families for a daytrip to Kont. We gather at IKSU sport in the morning and go by minivan towards the coast of Umeå. If you have a car safety seat, please bring it with you. (If you don’t have one, we can provide one for you.) Your youngsters will get some visual and auditive tasks along the hike. If you have a baby carrier, take it with you. We hope to get a glimpse of the sea and the natural habitat of Kont. Kont is well supplied with barbecue areas and restrooms. Bring snacks, fold-up seats, warm clothes, a storybook or even your kid’s favourite stuffed animal. We will make an outdoor lunch together and play outside. Please inform us about allergies and the age of your child when you apply.

Age limit
No age limit, parents and children of all ages are welcome.

Mandatory pre-meeting
18 April 2024, time will be provided via email. 

Please note that the pre-meeting is mandatory. If you cannot attend, contact the guides as early as possible. 

During the pre-meeting, we will go through the equipment list together and make any necessary adjustments, e.g. due to weather. 

A lot of the gear can be rented in our rental store Sarek. Participants get a discount on rental prices.
