Trip description

On this two day hiking trip, we’ll hike a loop trail in Skuleskogen National Park. We sleep in tents and prepare dinner together.

The trip starts on Saturday morning, when we meet at IKSU sport and take the car south toward Skuleskogen. The drive is approximately 2 hours.

Once there, we begin the hike towards Slåttdalsskrevan - which is a 200 meters long, 30 meters deep and 7 meters wide crack in the mountain that splits it in two. Very cool! We’ll stop for lunch and snack breaks on the way. The day ends at the camp site, where we pitch our tents and prepare dinner together.

On Sunday, we continue hiking the loop until we get back to the parking lot. We expect to be back at IKSU sport late afternoon or early evening.
