IKSU sport

The Nordsjön pool at IKSU sport is 25 meters long and has a water temperature of about 27 degrees Celsius, where you can both train and swim for exercise.

In Bottenviken, we conduct our Aqua classes and swimming school. Here, the water temperature is about 32 degrees Celsius.

IKSU spa

The Baltiska havet pool at IKSU spa is 14 x 10 meters and has a water temperature of about 32 degrees Celsius. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful swim in the beautiful surroundings.

Good to know:

We do not have lifeguards - watch out for each other.
When Aqua classes are taking place in the Baltiska havet pool (IKSU spa), it is not possible to swim.
In the Nordsjön pool at IKSU sport, there are always at least three lanes available for exercise swimming. On Mondays between 16:00-20:00, all lanes are available for exercise swimming.
When Bottenviken at IKSU sport is booked for group training and swimming school, it is not possible to swim there. Other bookings may also occur at different times.
The age limit is 15 years and swimming proficiency is required to be in Nordsjön, Bottenviken, and the Baltiska havet pool without a guardian. Younger children can swim for exercise together with an adult who is proficient in swimming.
Don't forget to shower before swimming to help us keep the chlorine levels in the water down.
