At IKSU sport, you will find Umeå's best climbing. Lofoten offers both rope climbing and bouldering. Are you a problem solver? Welcome in!

Train on your own, get help from a Personal Trainer, or join one of our popular PT groups.

Stiff or having body issues? Did you know that you can get help from both massage therapists, masseurs, and physiotherapists at both IKSU sport and IKSU spa? Or maybe you just want to enjoy a wonderful facial or body treatment. At IKSU spa, we have time for you!
