Here you will find useful information for those who have booked adult swimming lessons.

• The entry code for swimming lessons will be sent via email or SMS.
•  The code is valid for the entire course.
• The code works 30 minutes before the swimming lesson starts and during the entire lesson.
• The code is only valid at the gates by the reception.
• Wait outside the doors to Bottenviken until the instructors open them.

• We recommend changing rooms 6 and 7 adjacent to the swimming pool.
• You need to shower and wash your hair before putting on swimwear.
