Energize from the sun or relax in a recliner at IKSU spa.
In the sun room, you can enjoy warmth and light, experiencing the same positive effects as on a clear blue summer day! The light in the sun simulators is identical to real sunlight, but the UV-A and UV-B radiation is filtered to a harmless level. You get a bit of color and at the same time, your body starts producing vitamin D, which helps strengthen the immune system.
If you want to enjoy just the warmth, use our recliners with small tables and lighting, which provide the opportunity to read or relax with a view of the Baltic Sea and the nature outside.
Good to know:
- One hour per day is the maximum recommended time in the sun room. 20-30 minutes can be a good start.
- Do not look directly into the light source.
- Remember that many people want it quiet and calm.
