IKSU spa
In the scenic surroundings of Umedalsparken, you will find IKSU spa. Take a day to relax or come here to train.
IKSU plus
At Öbacka and Hedlunda, you will find our unmanned facilities. Here, you can enjoy group training and gyms equipped with everything you need. Come and go as you please; we are open from 5 AM to midnight.
