At IKSU spa, there are opportunities for both intense workouts and relaxation in a beautiful environment.

A day at the spa

Welcome to a day of spa and training!

When you visit IKSU spa, you get access to our pool, hot springs, sunroom, sauna, and rocking relaxation beds. In the relaxation area with a fireplace, tea is served. If you get hungry, there is a café with light dishes. If you want to combine your spa day with training, there is a well-equipped gym. During your stay, you can also book a relaxing treatment.

The entrance fee includes the loan of a bathrobe and towel. In our showers, there are shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from Kerstin Florian available. To lock up your belongings, you need a padlock, which you can buy from us or bring your own.

You are welcome to join our group training sessions if there are available spots. During group activities in the Baltic Sea, it is not allowed to use the pool for swimming or relaxing.

The facility is alcohol-free, and bringing your own food is discouraged. The café offers light refreshments. At IKSU spa, the age limit is 11 years when accompanied by an adult. You are welcome to visit us on your own from the year you turn 15.
