Lögdälven wilderness trail
3-4 October 2026
Would you like to explore the wilderness of Västerbotten this autumn? Hike Lögdeälven with us! We will hike for two days and challenge ourselves to new heights at one of the more spectacular landmarks of the area: Drakryggen, which translates to Dragon’s back. We will sleep in a wooden cabin and cook dinner together. There will also be an opportunity to take a quick dip in the river!
Date: 3-4 October 2026
Place: Lögdälven wilderness trail
Price: 600 kr
We will leave IKSU sport, Umeå, at 08:00 on Saturday morning by car. The car ride will take around one hour. We will hike alongside Lögdeälven for 2-3 hours, and take a long lunch break and then hike another 2-3 hours until we arrive at the wooden cabin that will be our home for the night. We will cook you dinner and we will all enjoy a nice evening in the cabin. Sunday morning starts off with breakfast and then we will hike back to the starting point, taking both short breaks when needed, a long lunch break and maybe a quick dip in the river during the day! The plan is to be back at IKSU sport by 17:30 (5:30 pm).
