To download the app – scan the QR code below with your mobile phone. Alternatively, search for “Go Active!” in the App Store or Google Play Store.
The app is compatible with iPhone & iPad running iOS 12.4 or later, and with Android 8.0 or later to fully use the access features, but can be installed on Android 5.0 or later.
Start
When launching the app for the first time, you may need to enter a code depending on whether you found the app yourself or used the QR code to access IKSU.
Connect using the supplier code 101200.

You log in using the same credentials as in our previous app.
If you are a new member, your registered email address is your username, and you should have received an email with an auto-generated password.
If not, click on “Forgot password” to receive a link to create a new one.
Entry and Check-in
With the app, you can enter without an IKSU ID. Use the app for both entry and check-in.
Make sure that Location Services and Bluetooth are enabled.

Select Gate/turnstile for entry and Check-in to check in or book at our check-in stations

Use our app for both entry and check-in.
Remember: Your IKSU ID is personal and must not be used by anyone else.
When using mobile entry, make sure that notifications, location Services, and Bluetooth are enabled.
Is mobile entry not working? Try the following:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
- Check that Location Services are enabled
- Turn off any Bluetooth headphones
- If you have a digital payment card, swipe it away from the screen
If you lose your old IKSU ID, you can get a new one for a fee, or use the app for entry.
If you forget your IKSU ID, we can help you enter once—after that, you’ll need to request a new one.
