Customer service
We have four facilities around Umeå. IKSU sport and IKSU spa are staffed during all opening hours, while IKSU plus Hedlunda and IKSU plus Öbacka are unstaffed.
If you have any questions or need assistance at our Plus facilities, you can reach us by email or phone during the opening hours of the other facilities.

Access and booking
To access our facilities, we now use mobile entry. This means you’ll need to download our app Goactive to enter. If you have an old card/tag, it will still work. In the app, you can also book all our classes, courts, events, and services.
Lockers
All our facilities have lockers where you can store your belongings. A padlock is required to lock them and can be purchased at our staffed locations. IKSU plus Öbacka and IKSU plus Hedlunda are unstaffed
IKSU - the sports association
IKSU is an open non-profit sports association affiliated with the Swedish Sports Confederation. This means that in addition to your training card, you also need to purchase a membership in the IKSU association.
