Everything you need to know before your trial session

IKSU consists of four facilities located in different parts of Umeå. During your trial training week, you have access to all of them. Follow the links to read more about each facility.

To enter all our facilities, you use our app Go Active.

By tapping the key icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen, you can open gates and access points — just make sure you’ve enabled location services and turned on Bluetooth.

You also use the app to book group training sessions and courts. During your trial week, you can book group training at all facilities, and at IKSU sport you can also book courts.

Important information regarding bookings:

Cancellations must be made no later than 60 minutes before the start time.

For beach courts, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before.

Make sure to check in to your group training session or beach volleyball court no later than 5 minutes before the session starts.

If you’re late and lose your spot, you can rebook if there are available places.

Check-in happens automatically when you pass through a gate or access point*. If you are already inside the facility, you can book and check in directly in the app.

\*At IKSU plus Hedlunda, you check in using the key icon in the app outside the group training room.

All changing rooms have lockers. Bring your own padlock to secure your belongings. At IKSU spa and IKSU sport, you can buy a lock if you don’t have one. Lockers are for use only while you are in the facility — do not leave anything overnight.

Parking is available at all our facilities.
At IKSU sport and IKSU spa, you use Parkster — but the first 2.5 hours are free.
At IKSU plus Öbacka and IKSU plus Hedlunda, public parking areas are available.
