Isälvsleden
10-11 October 2026
Welcome to a wonderful autumn hike along the beautiful isälvsleden. This hike will be beginner friendly, so the only thing you need is love for amazing nature and the wish to learn how to sleep in the wild.
Date: 10-11 October 2026
Place: Isälvsleden
Price: 700 kr
On Saturday morning we meet at Umeå University Hospital where we take the bus together to Vindeln. That is where Isälvsleden trail starts. We then hike at a leisurely pace for a few kilometers before stopping for lunch. After a longer break, we hike on to a suitable campsite for the night. Once at the campsite, the leaders will give a short workshop on camping, cooking on a camping stove and general tips for a successful night in the wilderness, before we crawl into our sleeping bags for the night. On Sunday morning we have breakfast and pack up before hiking the last stretch to Hällnäs where we jump on the train back to Umeå!
